• Revi’s services are exclusively available to users of legal age and with the capacity to enter into binding contracts.

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any misuse or non-compliance will result in the immediate suspension of services.

2. Revi's Commitments

• Revi guarantees that all projects will be completed within the agreed-upon deadlines, according to a schedule outlined in official contracts.

• All services must be validated through official contracts issued by Revi’s parent company, ensuring transparency and legality.

• Revi commits to using high-quality materials and adhering to technical and safety standards in line with Moroccan regulations.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Service prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and must be paid as specified in the contracts.

• Payments are due in advance or according to a mutually agreed payment schedule. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

4. Responsibilities

• Revi is responsible for the proper execution of services within the agreed timelines and under the terms of the contract.

• Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for the delivery of services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of Revi.

• Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Revi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.

7. Governing Law
All services, contracts, and work executed by Revi are subject to Moroccan laws. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to prioritize amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
